FACILITATORS

We need compassionate volunteers to co-facilitate our Mandarin, Filipino, & Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Circles in Vancouver; Farsi in Port Moody; English Circles in Ladner, & Langley; Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Circles in Surrey & Delta; & English & Latin American Circles in Richmond.

We offer intensive initial training and opportunities to attend Regional Workshops for further skill  development. As a facilitator, you will make new discoveries about yourself & others, form social bonds, strengthen your community & find personal achievement. You will have a direct & lasting impact on the lives of others. If you have good listening and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of child development and parenting issues, would like to work with parents to improve their relationships and are able to commit for a minimum of 1 year, for an average of 5 hours a week, explore volunteering with the Parent Support Service Society of BC.
